LEGAL BASES OF THE "VALENTINE'S DAY 2025" DRAW

The company Wild Rain Cosmetics SL, with registered office at Partida Norias 117 Monforte del Cid, Alicante 03670 and NIF B44935674, hereinafter "the Company", is organizing the raffle called "Wonderboxes raffle and 100% refund of the purchase", hereinafter "the Raffle", with the aim of promoting the participation of its customers in the online store.

1. Conditions of Participation:

1.1 All persons over 18 years of age, legal residents of Spain, who make general purchases in the Company's online store during the participation period may participate in the Giveaway.
1.2 Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

2. Duration of the Draw:

The participation period for the Raffle will begin on August 12, 2025 and will end on August 28, 2025. August 2025.

4.1 Prize: 3 facial routines will be raffled off (Total Firmness Pack, Supreme Firmness Pack and Luminosity and Firmness Pack) and 1 high-end handbag.
4.2 The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize.
4.3 In the event that the prize is not available for reasons beyond the Company's control, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 The winner will be randomly selected using an online random draw tool on August 29, 2025.
5.2 The winner selection will be recorded and documented to ensure transparency. The Pineraffle app will be used to select the winner.
5.3 The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during the purchase process within a maximum of 15 business days from the winner selection.

6. Communication of the Winner:

6.1 The winner will be announced on the Company's website and social media, provided the winner has given his or her consent to do so.
6.2 If the winner does not respond within 30 business days of the first attempt to contact them, a new winner will be selected using the same random selection process.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

9.2 For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Alicante, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
